Hey there! Can you believe December is here? How’s it going over on your side of the internet?
Over here it is safe to say that November was a bit hectic. With tons of exams and assignments, shifting due dates, and of course taking care of myself and my service dog, I feel like I’ve barely had a chance to catch my breath! Health took priority for me a lot this month, but with an influx of migraines self-care was the only option. And that’s okay! It’s always important to remember that your physical and mental health sometimes will need to come before everything else. If you don’t take care of yourself, you won’t be able to perform when it comes to everything else in life!
Because of my body’s shenanigans, my posting schedule went a bit wayward this month. In case you missed them, here are November’s blog posts!
However, starting December first, I will be doing blogmas! Or at least… my version of blogmas. I intend to be sharing a blog post everyday for the first 25 days of December. Unlike a traditional blogmas, not all posts will be holiday themed. Topics covered will include education, college life, service dogs, wellness, and of course, chronic illness. I also have finals coming up the second week of December, so things may get a little busy over here at Patience & Pajamas headquarters, but we’ll do our best to keep content coming your way!
Looking for something to look forward to in the final drag before the holidays?
