Hey there friends!
Today I’m coming at you with yet another edition of monthly holidays and a peek behind the scenes of the last month.
April was spent enjoying brief periods of sun and nice weather while prepping for finals. I tried bubble tea for the first time, ordered matching pajamas for me and my friends (a lot more complicated than I expected), and went to my school’s end of year festival. It was a good month. Stressful, but good.
April’s most popular blog post was What I Eat in a Week at College. All meals are both dairy and gluten free, and this gives you a look at what my college dining hall is really like!
This month I’m looking forward to unpacking everything from college, reorganizing my bedroom at home, and taking some time to breathe after a long and busy semester.
Now I would like to apologize for the lateness of this post, as I try to have most of these planned out ahead of time so that come the end of the month I just need to proofread one more time and press schedule. This month with the amount of work and end of semester obligations, things got busy and I needed to set my priorities. Sadly, this post fell by the wayside, but better late than never, right?

That’s All For May!
May holidays seem to be getting more summery, so I’m excited to see what June has in store!
In the meantime, I’ll be working over here behind the scenes on more fresh content. As always, if you want to keep up with me on a more day to day basis, follow me on Instagram. I’ve been a lot more active on Instagram stories recently through the end of the semester, and hope to be able to continue with that into summer!

My favorite for this month is definitely going to be National Creativity Day! I’m so sad that I missed out on Tourist Appreciation Day though, especially since I was a tourist on that day; I guess I’ll have to remember for next year though! XD
