Happy July, friends!
June was quite a month. I took two summer classes, and only have one assignment left before I’m through with both of them! It was a month dedicated to working my butt off on assignments practically non-stop.
I got an awesome box of summer essentials from the InfluenceHer Collective and went on a fun early morning photo shoot with my sister to shoot for the campaign! It was a really fun time. I also got to see one of my favorite people graduate from high school. I wasn’t feeling great at all for most of the month so I was really glad my body cooperated enough for me to go to her graduation ceremony and luncheon! The lunch was wonderful, and the food was incredible.
My dad and I went on an adventure and tried out a super funky gluten-free, vegan bakery cafe (it was so good!). We finally finished putting our garden together in June as well, which I’m really excited about. We had started most of the plants in our garage so they’re already growing big and strong! I can’t wait to see how they grow in July…
This month, I’m looking forward to attending a conference on behalf of my university in Detroit. I’ll have a few hours of freedom in the city before and after the conference so if you have any recommendations, please send them my way!
I’ll be submitting the final assignment for my online English class and am beside myself excited to be finished with that – the real summer will be starting soon! I will be without a doubt spending more time on the blog, perfecting the blog posts I have just about ready to publish and getting back on top of my blogging game! Patience and Pajamas turns three this month and I’m not quite sure how I’ll be celebrating, but I know I want to do something to commemorate this achievement. You’ll have to wait and see what I come up with! If that wasn’t enough, I’ll also be dog-sitting again this month. It’ll be the perfect time to get all of that blog related work complete, set my fall calendar, and really give Patience and Pajamas my full attention. I am so excited!
On that note, if there’s anything you’d like to see this summer/fall, let me know! I’ll be sure to try to work it into my calendar.
